Mr. Bedwell practices throughout the western suburbs of Chicago, including DuPage, Kane, Kendall, DeKalb, Will, Winnebago, Boone, and McHenry counties. Mr. Bedwell also serves as a court appointed Guardian Ad Litem and Parenting Coordinator.

Mr. Bedwell is passionate about education and has devoted many hours volunteering at Mock Trial competitions involving several area high schools, where he engages with students and encourages elevated academic competition. As a special guest in many high school classrooms, Mr. Bedwell has been able to share real life experience with students and staff. Mr. Bedwell is dedicated to supporting the education of America's young people about the importance of civic participation and democracy. Mr. Bedwell also volunteers his time with Prairie State Legal Services and DuPage County Legal Aid, providing pro bono representation to qualifying clients.

Mr. Bedwell graduated from Northern Illinois University in 2004 with a Bachelor of Arts in English and earned his Juris Doctorate from the John Marshall Law School in Chicago in 2010. Mr. Bedwell was admitted to practice law in Illinois in 2010. Mr. Bedwell joined MKFM in 2012 and was elevated to partner in 2018. An avid fly fisherman and woodworker, Mr. Bedwell enjoys the great outdoors. He also enjoys spending time with his wife and two daughters and their family dog, Addy.
