Scalzo has joined the experienced and dedicated legal team. Scalzo brings his unique and insightful representation to clients in the practice areas of family law including divorce, child custody, child support, spousal support, visitation, paternity and appeals.

DuPage County family law attorney Todd D. Scalzo received his undergraduate degree from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign. He continued on to receive his Juris Doctor from The John Marshall Law School in 2004. Scalzo was admitted to the Illinois Supreme Court Bar that same year and was later confirmed with the United States Supreme Court in 2010.

Todd D. Scalzo is a member of numerous professional associations including the Illinois State Bar Association, DuPage County Bar Association (serving on seven different committees), and the Justinian Society of Lawyers (DuPage Chapter). In addition to being an accomplished lawyer, Attorney Todd D. Scalzo is also a published writer. He has co-authored a DCBA Brief article entitled, “Neither Admitting Nor Denying: Proper Responses to Request to Admit in Domestic Relations Proceedings.”

Through tireless work on behalf of his clients, attorney Todd D. Scalzo has won multiple awards including a Rising Star award from Super Lawyers Magazine as well as receiving a Pro Bono Service Award from the DuPage Legal Assistance Foundation. Additionally, Scalzo was also elected as a Councilman in the City of Wheaton in 2009, a post he serves on to this day. Scalzo is also a court-approved Guardian Ad Litem and mediator.
