Mirabella, Kincaid, Frederick & Mirabella, LLC is pleased to announce that it has expanded its law offices to better serve clients in DeKalb, Kane, and Kendall Counties. The firm’s new Kane County law office is located at 309 Walnut Street, Unit B, in St. Charles, Illinois.

Kincaid are the recipients of the 2016 Ralph Gabric Award on behalf of the DuPage County Bar Association (DCBA). Both attorneys were honored at the DCBA's Annual President's Ball and Installation Dinner held at Medinah Country Club on Friday, June 10, 2016.
The Ralph Gabric Award is one of the highest honors that can be earned by a DCBA member. The award is presented on an annual basis to a member(s) of the DCBA whose character, leadership, and legal professionalism has significantly enhanced the Association as demonstrated by the legacy of past president (1981-1982) Ralph A. Gabric.
DuPage County Attorney Joseph F. Mirabella concentrates his practice in family law. He earned his B.S. degree from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign, and went on to obtain his J.D. from the Illinois Institute of Technology Chicago-Kent College of Law.

The April cover feature “10 Influential Moms” recognizes 10 mothers in the DuPage County area for their professional and personal achievements. Stella, the mother of 2 young boys, is described in the feature as a “compassionate, patient, multi-tasker.”

DuPage Family Law Attorney Receives Inspirational Woman Award for 2015
Attorney Lynn M. Mirabella, partner of Mirabella, Kincaid, Frederick & Mirabella, LLC (MKFM Law), was presented with the Inspirational Woman Award by the DuPage Association of Women Lawyers (DAWL). The award was given to Ms. Mirabella at the 2015-2016 DAWL President and Board Installation Dinner on June 11, 2015.
Formerly called “The Glass-Ceiling Buster Award,” the Inspirational Woman Award honors the hard-working and distinguished service of women lawyers in DuPage County. The award encourages women attorneys to take pride in the fact that the glass ceiling has not just been busted by a few, but shattered by many.

DuPage Family Law Attorney Named Secretary of the Justinian Society of Lawyers

The 37th Annual Installation of Officers and Scholarship Awards Dinner was held on Thursday, May 7, 2015 at Gibson's Steakhouse in Oakbrook, Illinois. The DuPage County Justinian Society of Lawyers is dedicated to continuing to improve legal education for its members and promote their general welfare through the enhancement of the practice of law. The organization participates in civic and community affairs to help insure the proper administration of justice.
Lindsay C. Stella earned her J.D. from Thomas M. Cooley Law School and earned her B.A. from Southern Illinois University in Carbondale. She concentrates her legal practice on family law matters including but not limited to: divorce, child custody, child support and maintenance, guardianship issues, prenuptial and postnuptial agreements, distribution of assets, adoptions and post-decree issues. Ms. Stella is a court certified Guardian ad Litem for the 18th Judicial Circuit.
