DuPage County Attorneys Celebrate 50 Years of Legal Service in Illinois
Established in 1949, the law firm of Mirabella, Kincaid, Frederick & Mirabella, LLC, has provided informative and aggressive legal representation to clients across Illinois for the last 65 years. This year, the law office celebrates 50 years of distinguished practice for DuPage County attorneys Joseph F. Mirabella, Jr., and John B. Kincaid.
Attorney Joseph F. Mirabella, Jr., graduated from Chicago-Kent College of Law in 1964 and promptly became an active member and contributor in the DuPage County legal community. As Past President of the DuPage County Bar Association (DCBA), Attorney Mirabella continues to distinguish himself in the legal community. He was nominated as the DuPage County “Man of the Year” in 1977, recognized as an Illinois Super Lawyer in 2006, received an Honoree of the Justice Anthony M. Peccarelli Award in 2009, and was honored with a Pro Bono Service Award from the DCBA in 2010.
DuPage Family Lawyer Named Top 10 Family Law Attorney Under 40
DuPage County family law firm Mirabella, Kincaid, Frederick & Mirabella, LLC, is pleased to announce that one of our associate attorneys, Lindsay C. Stella, has been selected as a Top 10 Family Law Attorney Under 40 in Illinois by the National Academy of Family Law Attorneys (NAFLA).
The NAFLA utilizes a thorough selection process to determine the top family law attorneys in each state. Selected attorneys must be nominated by a licensed practicing attorney and meet the minimum requirements of membership with NAFLA. The NAFLA processing committee then selects a portion of the nominated attorneys to advance to the final selection stage and the Board of Governors officially chooses the top family law attorneys in each state.

DuPage Family Lawyer Earns Pro Bono Award
DuPage family lawyer Joseph F. Mirabella, Partner at Mirabella, Kincaid, Frederick & Mirabella, LLC, earned a 2014 Pro Bono Service Award from the DuPage Legal Assistance Foundation.
Mirabella received the award at the Annual DuPage County Bar Association Law Day Luncheon Program held at Cantigny. The DuPage Legal Assistance Foundation Pro Bono awards are given out each year on Law Day to DuPage attorneys for their exemplary commitment to pro bono principles. Mirabella's pro bono service included 115 hours and 24 court appearances. His client, a former member of the military, was going through a divorce and termination of parental rights in a separate adoption case.
